- serious risks related to human rights, health/safety, and the environment,
- suspected harassment situations (reserved for employees of Arkea Banking Services),
- any other professional alerts falling under the scope of the Sapin 2 Law.
Protection of the whistleblower
As a whistleblower, you benefit from a protection regime provided by Law No. 2016-1691 of December 9, 2016, known as the SAPIN II law, if you report information in good faith and without direct financial compensation.

To make your report, Arkea Banking Services provides you with the secure platform of Whistleblower Software ApS, accessible 24/7. All information communicated is encrypted and stored in this secure and independent information system that complies with all confidentiality rules. All individuals involved in the processing of a report are subject to a confidentiality commitment and will handle the report with the utmost care.
This right to alert must be exercised responsibly, non-defamatorily, and non-abusively.
Abusive use of the alert mechanism may expose individuals to legal action and/or sanctions. The whistleblower cannot be sanctioned if they choose not to exercise this right.
